Global Dynamics CRM Implementation:

The key objective of this project was to increase Sales team's productivity and to drive consistency of Sales team's performance by giving them complete end to end CRM solution. The client is a billion dollar corporation with presence in more than 15 countries worldwide. The given objective was achieved through worldwide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in each country the client has a sales team. This solution also consists of Dynamics CRM integration with Dynamics AX & custom retail locator/lead generator application which is developed in .net. The solution was delivered using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Scribe and Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0.

January 2011: NDS completed Dynamics CRM implementation for Norway and Italy as part of its global CRM implementation plan for a manufacturing company. The program spreads across 2 years and the scope includes implementing Retail, Consumer and Direct Sales functions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The next two countries in line are Germany and Austria......

February 2011: NDS takes up a global Dynamics Axapta 2009 implementation for a US headquartered manufacturing company. The scope would include Finance, Trade & Logistics and Human Resources function for more than 20 countries and Production module for three manufacturing plants - one in Europe and two in United States.

April 2011: NDS launches v 2.1 of "SMART EP" portal for a global biosciences and animal nutrition leader worldwide. The portal implementation is a very unique customization of Enterprise Portal module of Dynamics Axapta 2009. SMART EP has been tested to work on Apple iPad and iPhone and provides a simplified and very efficient way for global sales team on field to work with the CRM.
