1. Global Dynamics CRM Implementation:

The key objective of this project was to increase Sales team's productivity and to drive consistency of Sales team's performance by giving them complete end to end CRM solution. The client is a billion dollar corporation with presence in more than 15 countries worldwide. The given objective was achieved through worldwide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0in each country the client has a sales team. This solution also consists of Dynamics CRM integration with Dynamics AX & custom retail locator/lead generator application which is developed in .net. The solution was delivered using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Scribe and Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0.

2. Global Dynamics Axapta Implementation:

NDS has bagged and currently implementing Human Resources, Finance, Trade & Logistics and Manufacturing modules for Dynamics Axapta 2009 in North America, Canada and a few other countries in Asia Pacific. The client is into manufacturing of high end sleep products and a worldwide leader. The program also includes implementing Axapta BI, Enterprise Portal and integration with Dynamics CRM.

3. EPM through Microsoft Project Server 2010:

The key objective of the project is to easily share Project Plans, Risks, Issues, and Resource Utilizations to IT as well as Business Users across the client for better project management & execution. The EPM project utilizes & customizes the EPM 2010 Portal provided by Microsoft. The solution provides many customized reports to management & helps them to easily analyses the health of projects. A second phase of Portfolio Management is on the inception stage.

4. Global HR Intranet Portal through Sharepoint 2010:

This client, a mid-sized manufacturing and supply chain company's requirement was to have a common platform from where, it was easier for employees to find information, use applications, and connect with others. NDS deployed, configured and customised Microsoft Share Point Server 2010 as the foundation of its new intranet to gain enhanced content management, personalized workspaces, and an application development environment. This solution was given using Microsoft Share Point Server 2010, Microsoft Share Point Designer 2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.

5. Product Intelligence:

This web application is to facilitate maintaining and analyzing data pertaining to various products manufactured by the client by the research and development team. This data captured is used by the research and development team within the manufacturing unit for analysis and improvements in client's new product range. The application was developed using SSIS, SQL Server, SharePoint 2010 and .NET 3.5

6. Business Intelligence - Direct Costing through SQL Server 2008

The key objective of the project is to generate various reports that help the Business analyze the Fixed & Variable costs that are involved at the manufacturing activities of the client. The project provides a lot of Business value and helps the Business in planning & estimating the costs based on various factors (cost of raw materials, cost of labor…). The solution is implemented by embedding queries for extracting the information into Excel workbooks.

7. Plug and Play Middleware:

This middleware developed using .Net 3.5 and Scribe ise being used for integrating the Ecommerce Store, Marketing Intelligence Database and 3rd party Warehouse with the Order management module of Oracle Apps (ERP). The application also integrates with the Master Data Management module of this client within Dynamics CRM.

8. Performance Review & Pay Planning:

The key objective of this project was to ease the Performance Review & Pay (Remuneration) review process followed by the client for all the permanent employees and contractors that are employed by the client. The project adds transparency to the process that is followed by automating the existing solution with the help of a SharePoint based solution. The solution saves a lot of effort & in turn the cost that is associated with conducting a Performance Review by the HR Department.

9. SMART EP through Dynamics Axapta – EP

The objective of this system is to provide a complete customized and very easy web based portal for the global sales force of the client. Enterprise Module of Dynamics Axapta 2009 was customized and a separate instance of it was deployed to make various CRM module features available for the sales people. The customization was tuned to work on iPAD and iPhone. Further customizations are being carried on for blackberry compatibility.

10. Primavera Consulting

NDS has successfully initiated its Primavera Consulting services to a middle East based large Construction Project Management company. The project involves implementing and customizing P6 for costing and multiple site configurations.
